Rising Star Nomination

This award was established in 2006 as a way to recognize the accomplishments of our most recent alumni.

The following criteria are considered in determining the recipient(s) of the BSC Rising Star Award:

The nominee must be a graduate of BJC / BSC.
Must be age 45 or under at the time of nomination.
Must have demonstrated exceptional achievements in career, public service and/or volunteer service that brings honor to BSC, and/or have achieved a position or distinction unique for someone so recently graduated.
Cannot currently be a candidate for public office.
The recipient must be available to be present to receive the award on the BSC campus at the Alumni Awards & Hall of Fame Dinner the night before commencement.
