Welcome to the 2025 North Dakota Public Health Conference call for posters. The deadline to submit your proposal is Friday, April 25, 2025. The planning committee is looking for a variety of topics to enrich the conference.

Join us as we come together to engage, collaborate, and explore innovative programs and share insights that will shape the future of public health. This inaugural conference will bring together professionals across a variety of public health disciplines including environmental health, sexual health, infectious disease, immunizations, alcohol, tobacco and other drugs, community health and public health leadership. We encourage you to share your knowledge through a poster presentation. 

What: Poster Sessions
When: May 19 and 20th, 2025
Location: Exhibit Hall B, Bismarck Event Center
315 S 5th Street, Bismarck, ND

- Authors will illustrate their findings by displaying graphs, photos, diagrams, and a small amount of text on the poster boards. 
- Authors will hold discussions with attendees who are circulating among the poster boards.

Monday May 19, 2:00 – 2:30pm andTuesday May 20, 12:15 – 12:45pm

General Information
Poster presenters must register for the conference. 

Posters can be taken down at the end of the day on May 20 or at the conclusion of the conference.  
- Poster sessions are 30 minutes long. 
- During the session you will remain by your poster board and share your research with other attendees. 
- Display materials not removed following the conclusion of the conference will be discarded. 
- No audiovisual equipment is permitted for poster presentations.  
- Multiple authors are to be allowed to present during the poster session. 
- Authors are responsible for printing their own posters.
 
Poster Development Tips:
- Posters must fit on mounted stands that are 4 feet tall by 8 feet wide mounted stand. 
- Keep accessibility in mind when designing your poster.  
- The material should be well labeled and legible from a distance of 10 to 15 feet away. 
- Lettering should be bold. 
- Use a large sans serif font such as Veranda.

Poster Title - A title must be provided. Your submission will not be considered if this field is incomplete. Please limit your title to 50 characters or letters.
Poster Description - Use the space below to enter a short description of the session. Descriptions must match the presentation title and must include information regarding what participants can expect. Descriptions can be up to 200 words. Any descriptions submitted that exceed that length will be edited. You can copy and paste from MS Word or email. BSC will review for length, grammar and readability before publishing.
Presenter Bio: Please include a short bio that we can use on the conference website, if selected.
