Instructor Compensation

Per North Dakota University System (NDUS) and Bismarck State College (BSC) policies, BSC is committed to a positive learning, working, and living environment in which basic human dignity is respected and protected. BSC will not tolerate acts of sexual misconduct or related retaliation against or by any employee or student.

In working to achieve this intent, you will be receiving important Title IX information to review. As employees (i.e., staff, faculty, trainers, instructors), we are all responsible to do the right thing and report any information relating to sexual misconduct and Title IX compliance. If you are a new instructor, more information will be sent to you once your class details have been confirmed.

If you join the OLLI Instructor team, would you be willing to have a background check completed? BSC's Human Resources department will make final determination on which instructors required background checks and the date of checks.
