Welcome to the 2025 CyberCon Call for Presenters. Deadline to submit is August 1!

To submit your speaker information for 2025 CyberCon, we need specific information from you to ensure we can efficiently process the correct details. Please complete the following pages/questions CAREFULLY.
 
  • This information will be used to generate marketing materials, the conference app, and website details.
  • Any of the questions that have an asterisk (*) are required and you will not be able to continue until completed. 
  • The contact information should be the PRESENTER information (not the person completing the form, if different). 
  • Your name and information will appear as it is entered, so please proof your form to ensure it is accurately reflecting how you want your name, title, and presentation information to be reflected in marketing materials.

The Call for Presenters is open until August 1, 2025, or until all conference sessions have been filled. The CyberCon planning committee reserves the right to close the Call for Presenters, based on their discretion. Any concerns regarding this should be sent to the conference manager,

Presenter Contact Information
If you are selected to present, you will be contacted by our staff to complete a contract, for further information to complete program materials for attendees, and details for you information regarding the conference. Please check the following acknowledgement that you agree to timely communication response/return of required documents.
Presentation Title - A title must be provided. Your submission will not be considered if this field is incomplete. Please limit your title to 50 characters or letters.
Presentation Description - Use the space below to enter a short description of the session. Descriptions must match the presentation title, must include information regarding what participants can expect, and be submitted the way you wish for it to be listed in marketing materials. Descriptions must be 75 to 100 words. Any descriptions submitted that exceed that length will be edited. You can copy and paste from MS Word or email. *BSC will review for length, grammar and readability before publishing.
